Hi, I’m Sarah Dawn.
I don’t know what your story looks like, but I can tell you a little of mine.
After I lost my mom, everything felt heavy. I didn’t have some big plan to fix it. I just knew I needed somewhere to put my thoughts, my prayers, and all the things I was trying to carry.
So I started writing.
Some days it was a to do list. Some days it was a prayer. Some days it was just trying to find one thing to be grateful for.
And slowly, that became something I leaned on. It helped me process what I was going through and gave me a way to keep showing up, even on the days that felt hard.
What surprised me is that it didn’t stay in that season. It followed me into everyday life. It became a rhythm that helped me stay grounded and focused on what actually matters.
And that’s where God placed Grit and Gratitude on my heart.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to stay consistent and intentional in your day, you’re not alone.
